Great River Technology (“GRT”) reserves the right to grant or revoke User access to files provided by GRT via this website (“Hosted Files”) at its sole discretion.

Hosted Files constitute confidential and proprietary information. With the exception of company members within User’s company with a need to know (for the purposes of support with using a GRT product), no part of any Hosted File may be disclosed, printed, copied, or disseminated in any form or by any means outside User’s company without prior written permission from a duly authorized agent of GRT.

After User has accessed them, the Hosted Files will be removed weekly to ensure security of confidential and proprietary information.

Hosted Files are intended for informational use only, and should be viewed as guidelines. User should not rely solely on Hosted Files to make decisions as to the suitability of GRT products for systems.
GRT PRIVACY POLICY
Great River Technology (GRT) respects your privacy as a visitor on our website. We are committed to responsibly using the information we collect toward a mutually beneficial relationship.
Our website is informational and designed to supplement an extended business-to-business transactional process. We do not consummate transactions with our customers online, nor do we automatically collect credit card or private information. Please note that in order to create an account on GRT’s FTP website, User’s email address, phone number, and company name will be required to access files.
We do collect personal names, contact information, and company affiliations to enhance customer experience. Some information collected by Great River Technology is processed through HubSpot or Zendesk. Both HubSpot and Zendesk maintain Privacy Shield certification with the Department of Commerce of the United States, which ensures that adequate safeguards are in place when they transfer personal data from the European Union to the United States.
