Example: Flight Test of IR Surveillance System
Using GRT’s GRAV64 HL2V development tool
Task: Develop a flyable, IR image-processing platform using an existing IR turret with a HOTLink video output.
Step 1: Lab Development of Algorithms
The GRAV64 HL2V cards and software provide the tools needed to produce and record the IR video required for algorithm development.

Step 2: Flight Test and Data Capture Initiate flight test program to prove out image processing algorithms.
During flight test, the video recorder captures uncompressed IR video and stores it to disk. After the flight, the uncompressed images are passed to the image processing algorithms under development.
